Yea the manga should be the canon source. Far more entertaining. Oh well I guess.

I'm going to take the events of the manga with a grain of salt until the anime corroborates said happenings. There have been HUGE discrepancies between them so far--unfortunately some of the things you posted might just add to that list.

But yeah... I, too, have enjoyed the manga FAR more than the anime.

The news that we'll probably see Vegetto again the future does not excite you, Galan?
I honestly am.

Regarding the Manga, it gives me the DBZ vibe that the Anime completely lacks.

Never mind him.
To him SSG Goku is island level.

There are a lot of things from the manga that would be cool to see. Unfortunately many of them haven't played out in the anime, so I can't get too excited just yet.

So, what was revealed with Beerus? Was it made clear whether Beerus could destroy the universe in a single attack, or was it ambiguous about how the universe would be in danger?

No, it's still entirely ambiguous.

Ok, thanks.

Also, the shockwave of Godku and Beerus' fists clashing goes instantly from Earth to the Kai's realm:

Surely this is absolute weak physical strength, I see... 🙄

On a side note, I must say that, until now, I enjoy far more the DBS Manga over the Anime.

So their punch traveled across the Universe all the way into another dimension? Now that's some physical power.

Vegeta has to have taken in some god powers... Also dang he's got some good eyesight to be watching the battle from the boat.

From what I have researched so far, it appears that the Anime and Manga of this series are separate but equal canons. Akira Toriyama has nearly the exact same credits for both the manga and anime.

He gives his draft of the story to each of the teams and they add the details and bring it to life in their different mediums. He does it for both of them, or from what I've found, he's definitely feeding the story overview to the team behind the manga. I'm sure he's doing the same for Toei, as well. Very similar to the Robert Kirkman and Walking Dead scenario, seems to be a common thing for notable franchises. The manga and anime aren't based on each other, they're based on Toriyama's rough drafts he submits to them, they just have different interpretations of the same basic events. Toriyama also creates the "major characters" as well.

Trolling=Getting people mad
Facts=Proving people wrong

know the difference.

I found it interesting that in this version Goku never fights in Base.

And what you mean by fact is, Goku is just an island buster?

You deserve to be ignored.

I have a strong feeling that SSJG is superior to BSSJG

SSGSS is just Ssj with Godly Ki.
However Goku retained the vast majority of SSG boost and then he trained with Whis, so SSGSS Goku (FnF) > SSG Goku (BoG, DBS).

I just think the actual form of SSJG is what makes him potentially superior. He is now healing from mortal wounds. Idk I could just be reaching.

I see being transformed into the actual god is superior to just having absorbed the power. I could be completely wrong. Was just a thought.

Well we say that merely absorbing Godly power doesn't do you that many favors as of RoF so maybe actually becoming a god might actually be superior.

Toriyama outright stated that Red>Blue. RoF Goku is stronger regardless though, because of his training with Whis. Plus blue is more sustainable.

The SSG healing factor happened in DBS, previously in BoG it was nowhere to be seen; thus, applying the same logic, maybe, by retaining the godly powers, DBS SSGSS Goku will retain such healing factor as well (even if this would contradict the major point of the FnF movie).
Besides, the superiority in power of SSGSS Goku (FnF) over SSG Goku (BoG) was explicitly stated, so it's not a debatable opinion: the same will happen in DBS.
By the end of DBS first apparition SSG Goku's power will be considered child's play.

This is what I always thought ^
