Lol...Belmod stated there is no difference between Toppo and the other Gods of Destruction now that he's made up his mind. It's not "made clear" that he's different from the other GoD's, other than that Toppo has to charge his energy of Destruction. Hell, for all we know:
1. That could be due to the fact that Toppo is also using his energy of Destruction as an invincible barrier, not just pulling it out of his pocket for someone else to handle and use.
2. Other Gods of Destruction may also have to charge energy of Destruction.
Granted, I have NO doubts that Beerus is above Toppo. However, the idea that Toppo > Sidra is asinine, ESPECIALLY when it's implied Sidra might struggle with Golden Frieza...is a bit silly imo.

Sidra wouldn't strugle with GF (I can't believe anyone took that seriously), not even for a moment and no GoD and GoddessoD would struggle with GF.

And maybe when the destroyer energy deal runs out on Toppo he'll not seem as strong. But even seemingly above the likes of ASSB Vegeta and ssbkk20 Goku would make him above original UI Goku and Jiren at that level, and on a level close to what Jiren is sitting at now which seems to be above Belmond. Because Jirens first power against Spirit Bomb got the whole more powerful than his universe's GoD deal. And he's powered up since then.

The best would be if he returns more powerful than ever. With those power boost, they could give also Frieza an enormous power boost in 30 seconds.
