The perfect ending for this manga would be for Toppo to barely beat Vegeta. And then having him face UI Goku, Toppo getitng UI himself out of desesperation and Goku failing to beat him because he has his sights in Jiren instead of Toppo.

I want to see all the heros fail as if this was Hajime no Ippo 👆

Who's the Takamura?

Beerus.

Granted Beerus would be dead so not a true one to one.

That could also just be their normal aura, though. Beerus had it when he fought Goku, too.

All of them having the same energy around them? Naah, I disagree.

Whis probably?

The final fight should be Beerus going crazy again and Goku whooping his ass, or the grand priest, or Whis.

Seriously, Beerus or Grand Priest.

Not not seeing Beerus go all out is kinda disappointing...

That would, of course require that we get an additional story arc centered around the characters wondering whether Goku is "broken" and Beerus incessantly telling Goku how he needs to "cross the line." We get 100 episodes of Goku not fighting anybody. And after training real hard under Master Roshi to master the "new kamehameha", he finallyy picks a fight with some left handed loser fighter from another universe. Goku does well at first, but ultimately gets his ass beat due to being too obsessed with showing everybody "the new kamehameha." Goku get laids out after too many failed attempts at this, realizes he is "broken" and then decides to retire from fighting for good. Beerus LOLS at Goku for losing in such a pathetic fashion whereas Vegeta walks off screen more pissed off than usual. The series ends and longtime fans are royally pissed off as well. 👆

Lots of people speculating Vegeta's life threatening blow is symbolical and that he will drop everything(his normal life) to ascend like Toppo.

Who knows. TBH I think that would be so out there it would be great for DBS. Even if Vegeta's character been against it.... it doesn't get more desperate than your entire universe getting eliminated and we know Vegeta is known for being drastic AF when it comes to his loved ones. And to top it all Vegeta makes so much sense as a GoD. He is reformed bad guy. He is not bad anymore, but he will not hesitate to kill if he needs to.

That would be awesome.. Cause if Beerus proves anything he doesn't need to ever actually leave Earth or his family to be GoD..

He'll 'throwaway' his family to become a GoD like Toppo and then realize afterwards it wasn't really a throwaway because he can be there as much as he usually is anyway.

Whis probably?

I was thinking Zeno.

But among the U7'ers, he fits.

Whis is the coach.

My precog was on-point with Hakaishin-Toppo. Being a candidate for that position allows him to tap-into the same divine energy of destruction as the other Hakaishin. 👆

Nah, It will almost certainly be a true sacrificial move, not unlike Majin Vegeta's Kamikaze against Fat Boo, me thinks.

I'm kinda wondering...is it a certain power level you have to have to be a candidate for a GoD? Or does the GoD give you the power? Or?...I don't think it was ever explained was it?

Never been stated directly, no... But the fact that Whis/Beerus think Goku and Vegeta(after each gained SSB) would be good candidates for Hakaishin implies that a very high base-level power is a prerequisite for the position, imo.

Hm, alright then.

Teaser for ep. 126-

Goku says he isn't interested in becoming a God of Destruction, but at least in the manga I'm almost certain he's considered a candidate. Beerus taught him how to use the Energy of Destruction, after all.
