Eh, that's the whole point of MUI. Goku has evolved beyond even the Gods. He has essentially reached the peak of fighting power/skill, with his only superiors being the Angels themselves.

Hell, I wouldn't be surprised if he wished for the Super Dragon to make him weaker, simply because he doesn't like the fact that he can now win every fight. ermm

Isn't that like what happened after he absorbed the God power? They went with it until the U6 tournament

I doubt they'd do it, they always want actual fights. Plus if they stay true to EoZ we have the Uub fight.

Have brought it up before I think, but for future storytelling, do you think Beerus will train again to catch up in UI or somesuch? While it was good that he was humbled by Goku surpassing him with MUI with U7's survival on the line and all that, I like to think he's not the type who would let himself be or remain surpassed so easily, especially if later there's an ultra instinct bargain sale to to speak, though I think UI will remain exclusive to Goku out of the non-god U7 fighters, while Vegeta or others just keep getting individual progression as per the usual.

That was the point of God ki, yes.

That's what makes Android #17 hard to swallow. All this time, he was on earth at a level higher then base god, and probably above original golden Freeza.

They are not taking his UI away from him man. One a Saiyen achieves a level Especially Goku, he never forget how to access it. Also as shown it took him many times to master the ability and Whis said he can dog deeper and beyond UI so he's not somehow forgetting UI.

We also don't know his true limits, the angels might be within his reach eventually we just don't know how far he can go but we do know he truely can keep breaking his limits.

Who said anything about losing it? It's still there but attaining it comes in a different method.

Not really, hes already learned how to achieve it and maintain it.

There's no proof that he has learned how to bring up UI, especially MUI. He is at that level now but it happened during a crucial moment.

Actually there is, you have no idea what you are talking about. You are just jealous AF Vegeta got his ass beat and cant achieve UI.

What is there to be jealous of for Vegeta? He got his due. Something like MUI is just reserved for main protagonist power. I do actually agree with Carver though that Goku shouldn't be able to access UI so easily in the future, or that it's not the best approach rather for future storytelling. I mean if he has it on the go, then what? A future antagonist would just have MUI as well to compete with him? That would get redundant. There shouldn't really be an ultra instinct bargain sale.

So he should go backwards in power, thats not how a Saijens power work.

He would still have UI as a last resort which would activate when pushed in a corner, but having it on the go would be overkill from a storytelling perspective. Overexposure would also kinda make UI lose its luster after awhile like it did for SSJ Blue. Like anyone, Goku would still get progressively stronger over time anyway with or without using UI.

I never got tired of SSB, why would I get tired of something even cooler. Tori will just come up with stronger opponents. Most likely all the universes are coming back and there was universe that was to powerful to compete. So there is more powerful people out there.

SSG was only ever touted as a form that might be able to give Beerus a decent fight. It was never proclaimed as the end-all/be-all ability that MUI has been.

That's stupid. Having to consciously think about attaining MUI is an entirely self-defeating non-logic, lol.

Lets be honest: Beerus has been training with a goddamn Angel for hundredS of millionS of yearS and has STILL not mastered UI... Yet Goku did it in under 30mins.

Unfortunately there's no logical way for Beerus to close the gap now. Goku has surpassed him, and such will it always be.

We all knew this who watch the show, yet Galan was the only one able to put the words together, and the point is not refutable.

Kudos👆

After this Tournament arc ends, I hope we get a different Dragon Ball series set in one of the other universes if they come back and they better. Preferably Universe 6.

I'm talking about Twinku being Goku's supposed base form until U6. Like when Googeta made a fool of SS3 Gotenks at base.

Well it's already a transformation, and I doubt he's staying as Blanco for life. They might go with it for an arc or so, but you'd get Goku back to base levels before long with Blanco needing a transformation. It'd be the exact same as Goku losing God powers in base.

To be fair to Beerus, in the manga the Hakaishin seem to be much younger than in the anime (although the anime's ages do seem more suited to their occupation...) with Belmod looking to retire at less than a quarter of a million years old. In addition, Beerus is a lazy **** who has been sleeping for the vast majority of his lifespan, so its understandable that he hasn't reached the pinnacle.

Spoiler:
Not that ANY of this makes it so much as a modicum less retarded that Goku managed to completely master the ultimate skill of the gods in thirty ****ing minutes. It would have been way better if they had him scratching the surface in this fight, and then teased at him having mastered it by EoZ.

Goku's lower forms being hyper-amped by teh Godpowa has been an off and on concept throughout the entirety of DBS.

I don't necessarily disagree. I just find it hysterically stupid if they make MUI a full-blown transformation.

You're in the minority then far as SSJB. It lost its magic for people kinda early on. In the anime's case, doesn't help that they don't make it look anything special without the Kaioken multipliers on top of it.

It depends on the nature of the opponents from those other universes I guess. Some might require Goku to go UI to keep up, others might only require him to increase his own power.

How much did Beerus actually train with Whis during those years though, compared to his years of just sleeping? We don't know. If Beerus has any pride, seeing a mortal from his universe surpass him would get him to take training more seriously again than he did before. Since he became like the strongest Hakaishin (or one of the strongest) even without mastered UI, he has to be competitive to some level, I would think.
