False. Anakin is way better with a saber than Maul. He is defiantly better than Qui gon. By the time Obi gets to ROTS he is defiantly better than Qui gon. Obi was able to take out pre and force him to retreat so Anakin could definitly do it. I'm glad we agree on one thing. You are half correct. He did lose to poor strategy however that is it. If kenobi weren't there he no doubt would have made the jump. With that begin said he only slipped up due to poor positioning not lack of,skill in any sort of way.
