General Primary Discussion Thread

If she has done something that she should legitimately be indicted for then that needs to happen. If she's innocent fine, but if not..no, she can't be allowed to get away with it.

It will do harm to this country if she did something worthy of being indicted and yet we don't indict her. It would also be an utter disgrace if Obama tried to prevent a just indictment from being carried out. He shouldn't have the ability to do that.

So I think we can all agree she absolutely without a doubt can't be allowed to get away with this if indeed she truly did something wrong. I would hope even the biggest Hilary supporters would acknowledge that.

Kasich is out now, its just Trump.

Glad Cruz is out, his presidency was my biggest concern. But now Trump is one step from the POTUS; another concern

I look at it this way

Vote for Hillary: At worst, there's no real progress and things stay at the level they're at now
Vote for Trump: At worst, there's WWIII in the next few years

Its a bum deal, but I'm going with the lesser evil

I agree that Hillary is the lesser of two evils, but its a misconception that Hillary would basically be Obama 2.0.

The primary difference between Obama and Hillary is that Hillary is a chickenhawk. That's a major concern, considering how ****ed the middle east is. Obama has been doing everything he can to prevent us from getting bogged down in another middle eastern conflict, and I'm not confident that Hillary will keep that precedent.

Meh, probably, but it's not like Obama wasn't pro-war, at least in Iraq, despite running on the anti-war platform he based his campaign on.

But agreed, she'd be more hawkish and corporatist than Obama, which is going to put Trump on the Left of her on some issues, unless Trump revamps his previous stances.

Honestly, I'm hoping this FBI thing actually pans out before the convention so Hillary will be forced to bow out, giving Sanders the nomination.

I'm pretty scared that if there's any revelations regarding her investigation, it'll come in the middle of the general and hand Trump the presidency.

If it's legitimate and she did indeed commit a crime(s), sure. Would hate her to have to drop out if she's innocent, but the smear worked, despite wanting Sanders to get he nom.

So we have this:

http://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/judge-it-may-be-necessary-depose-hillary-clinton-email-case-n568056

"A federal judge said Wednesday that it "may be necessary" to depose Hillary Clinton about the nature of her personal e-mail server, in a freedom-of-information lawsuit over the employment of top aide Huma Abedin. "

Though there are also judges who don't think it's reasonable.

LoL, going to be whacked if Sanders ends up getting the Nom and then winning the election.

Posted this awhile back, but the Western Illinois University predicted a Sanders win in a mock election and they've correctly predicted the winners since 1975.

Actually I think Bernie is one of the few who I wouldn't mind in the white house, but I just didn't think he had a chance..but who knows.

If the FBI decides to indict Hilary do you think she should drop out of the race?

If she's truly innocent, then no, she shouldn't give up a winning campaign over something she didn't do.

Interesting. Can you post it again?

But wouldn't they need some non-flimsy evidence in order to even indict her int he first place?

There's a bunch of hits if you google "Western Illinois University predicts Sanders".

Bernie over Clinton any day.

Btw. Trump is a salesman. There will be no WWIII

Trump uses his own money to advertise his own ego at making America great again.

Cruz uses republican establishment funds to help the Republican Party.

Hilary uses democrat establishment funds to help the Democratic Party.

Bernie uses poor people's donations to end the middle class.

This is how I would rank the candidates, but I really don't trust Cruz.
