Nah, the slogan is perfectly fine. You don't have to qualify every implied thing

Additionally, you don't demand that specificity from other, more stupid, slogans like "We'll make American great again" for example.

What do you mean by not being "fully behind the movement"? there are some people that consider themselves behind the movement by posting pics and hashtagging stuff on the internet.

Well, that's probably an over-generalization, you're right. There are probably also Asians, Latinos, and Black people who just don't get it as well. To be fair there are people "avoiding the issue" on both sides of this. For instance..keep in mind the high percentage of black on black violence. It's an issue that is largely avoided.
