No he doesn't. Show me any feat of Superman where he demonstrates superspeed WHILE FIGHTING that trumps Hancock's bank scene. You have to remember that Hancock has demonstrated some pretty good superspeed as well... WHILE FIGHTING.

Which means you can't simply claim Superman has OVERWHEMINGLY superior speed feats without proving it.
