At the expense of other people?
If it comes down to that yes. Protect your own first and foremost. For Merkel, her "own" is the people of Germany, not the migrants. I'm sick and tired of hearing about people fleeing from a supposedly horrible situation only to then try to turn they place they fled to into a second horrible situation.
It's like if my house is burning down and I run out and I run to your house and bang on your door and say "I am in trouble I need shelter my house is burning down" and out of the kindness of your heart you let me in, but then once you let me inside the moment you fall asleep I rape your family, set your house on fire and run off into the night, probably shouting "tee hee" as I do.

So if you were Merkel you'd just flat out refuse every refugee?
FTR, I despise anyone that would flee to another country and then absolutely refuse to adapt to the place they're living in. The only way people are ever going to get along is if people integrate and get to know each other.
Germany should allow its publication. It's a poorly written book, I've read a few chapters, it's a pompous whiny shitshow. 'I was poor and life was hard, but I had my proud pure heritage.'
Let people read it as a lesson to what can quickly happen if intolerance and hatred of those different is allowed. Also, banning it gives the current Nazi's a beacon to cry about with censorship.

Something tells me any nazi's still living in Germany would probably be too afraid to come out into the open and protest this book not being released. I mean isn't this the place where you can get arrested if you deny the holocaust?
If what you say is true then I say 100% ban it, then when some nazi's come out of the woodwork to whine..well, now we know those people are nazi's. Who cares what a nazi whines about? Besides other nazi's.

A professor interrupted Merkel the a few days ago, and questioned her about her handling of the migration problem, and he fears for his younger children and what kind of country Germany is going to be.

This is what is so horrible about politicians, she casts him aside like he's nothing but trash simply because she does not agree with him.
I think Germans, as peaceful as they were in the past decades, are going to rise up against this.
