Outside of time travel style feats, or Flash being regulated to speed based tasks in JLA. are you asking me if i think a slew of punches on the order of the ones he hit zum with would hurt hulk? (that's about the best punch i've seen flash throw unless you or someone else knows of a better one.) tbh, i'm not sure. can't really see him noticing them when a planetary level explosion went utterly unnoticed by him, but like i said, too many unknowns to comment on as regards wbh. that's why i rarely take part in any debate concerning him.
the question the whole thing raised for me was based more along the pis/cis lines. that's what really has me curious.
and we don't really see flash raping....a lot of people he should in comics. but fact is, his speed feats dwarf everyone's. best on feats, even his showings against kal would be pis. superman can work really hard to achieve a decent measure of flash's speed, but flash could literally kill him, according to what i've been reading here, before even superman had a clue he was in a battle. obviously wally could by simply stealing his speed. not sure if barry can or has stolen speed. regardless, there is that famous scan of superman being a statue while wally battled zoom for example, but you know flash's feats as well as i do. no one really even comes close to flash's best feats, and superman likely comes in second. but imo it's a distant second, and he'd die as easily as everyone else against a forum flash, though that debate would likely best be taken up in another thread.

As much as I dislike forum Flash and anything that goes towards the bullshit his power spreads... what could he have actually done in that situation?
Punch through the construct and stop Superman's punch? Move everyone out of the way before Superman moved his hand a couple feet in a full force punch? Threw crisco all over the shield so Superman slipped all around?
It's not the best Flash speed feat, but it isn't exactly bad either. Flash was out of the way of the punch in any case. That was also everyday Flash that people pretend doesn't exist in favor of a dozen or so feats.
