They've circled the Earth a dozen times, and throw punches with each 1000 miles. 25k miles around the planet, is over 300 swings in less than a second while running nearly twice the speed of light. Once again, reality is frozen to them across the globe.

Think about the scan: within a picosecond he was able to deliver a punch equaling the mass of a white dwarf star. Within a second he'd be able to do that a trillion times; equal to the mass of the entire Milky Way! WBHulk's best feats are laughably weak in comparison; insignificant even.

And that punch didn't put a scratch on Zoom body who was up a couple of panels later after said hit. Zoom durability isn't that great either.
WBH missed punch melt beings that can withstand temperatures comparable to the sun.

Serves to show that WBHulk's punches wouldn't do squat to Zoom (assuming he was feeling generous and allowed those to hit) when he's in full speed/timewarp state. And by implication, those punches would do even less to Flash.

Full warp state plus increased durability? Ok, you're going to have to prove that he becomes more durable when moving super fast, to the point of withstanding a white dwarf star. You're making up stuff.
