Now a federal judge is going to Subpoena for Jolary and her staff.

Lulz, there is no doubt Hillary is guilty of using a nonsecure server with sensitive material.

Her whole defense is filled with fail.......

I never sent an email that was marked classified.........zomg look emails that are now considered classified after review.

Thats because on her private server and unsecure network the only way a "classified" or higher mark would be put on emails is if she marked them. Her private system didn't check or mark information........so duh of course she never sent emails marked "classified."

So lame, she is dishonest and needs to lose the opportunity to hold public office.

Most here are still under the assumption she has broken now laws ever in her life.

So far she's been cleared of several things. Remember when they had her go face a committee? She slaughtered her detractors; made them look like incompetent fools.

Guilty or not, I ultimately don't know. But so far she's done well against the pressure.

Political clout and a shield from Obama, but Obama unfortunately cannot stop a judge, after all a single judge stopped his illegal executive orders concerning immigration and ruled them un constitutional, but if Obama knew the constitution he would have known that.

They need to finish this up very quickly. The last thing we need is if somehow someway she becomes president and then all of a sudden it comes out that yes they are going to indict her. If they are going to do something we need to make sure it gets under way before the election.

Look at the History Between Comey and Clinton..its pretty interesting. Since he believes she was guilty in white water, I'm sure he won't be letting this one go.

Damaging her election is a separate issue to actual legal issues she may or may not face.

So you believe she is not only above the law, and regular "folks" would have been imprisoned.

The law states that even the "mis handeling" of any state business is a felony.

She had SAP marked on these emails that is above top secret.

The fact you think she did nothing wrong here is mind boggling.

When and if she is indicted, since you have been saying all along she did nothing wrong, what happens to your opinion then?

Are you going to flip flop it, or do what Bardock did with Michael Brown and Officer Wilson, blinders on still saying Michael Brown was innocent?

Because at that point it will be to late for you to change your mind.

The point of contention is whether or not this will do damage during the election. It certainly won't involve any kind of prison or "end" her but it would be foolish to think it won't affect her status as the favorite.

It's already damaged her and continues to damage her, that's never been in doubt. Exactly how much though? Can't say for certain myself, but she seems to be trucking along well enough despite this ongoing affair.

To the contrary, this issue, like Benghazi, only matters to people who are looking to justify their dislike of her and who were not going to vote for her anyway.
