1. Skill - Ozy fought 2 opponents that were pretty clearly below him physically. It's easy to look good when you're physically much more superior to your opponents. WS at least looked good despite fighting against opponents of equal physicality.
2. Speed - just no. If we're talking visually, the fight scenes from TWS and CW are just faster paced than Watchmen. So if all you're going to go for is visual speed, then WS clearly outclasses Ozy.
3. WS was able to do a back flip dodge from automatic fire. Not quite as precise as catching a bullet but harder from a speed point of view as he needed to move his entire body rather than just his hand. So while I will agree that Ozy's reactions are faster based on the bullet catch feat, WS's feat is pretty close. Close enough that it would be stupid to think that Ozy will be able to dodge every blow from WS.

1. I'm a trained MA with many years of experience in fighting. Ozy's techniques, reflexes against fast attacks, and smoothness (adeptness) were superior to WS's.
2. You must don't remember the Ozy fight scenes. I went through both of their scenes and I couldn't find a single move that WS did that was faster than those snap attacks and snap parries by Ozy. If you believe that WS fought visually faster them kindly post one WS scene and choose an attack or movement from that scene that you believe was faster than anything Ozy did. Because I could not find anything.
3. We are arguing that visual speed is true speed. These are Silent Master rules. The bullet catching feat means nothing to him since he only cares who moved faster visually. Those backflips were slow as shit visually. That hurts WS case. Lmao.

So you are going by opinions? Attack speed can be easily be measured for an objective verdict.
Ozy snapped out a backhand that was fast as lightning.

Well I watched the scenes.
Some of WS attacks were cut scenes. The non cut scenes showed WS moving and attacking slow in comparison to Ozy. I could easily measure the speed of some of their movements. But you won't accept my measurements so it's pointless.
We have to agree to disagree on their fighting speeds.
