I want to know how Ozy can clearly display faster arm movement, specifically muscles in the arm related to speed. How can Ozy be vastly better in the single most important area for arm speed, yet still not be able to punch as fast as WS. Explain your logic to me. Which areas are WS superior to Ozy that allow him to punch faster than Ozy?

Ozy is not "vastly" faster in hand movement. That's your first mistake.

And are you really asking me to explain myself again? What was the use of the last 3 pages? Punching speed is NOT NOT NOT NOT dependent on arm muscles. So Ozy moving his arm fast to catch an object does not translate to him punching fast.

Nope that isn't good enough. You need to prove how those other areas make up for Ozy vastly superior arm movement. You've failed to do so, nor explain how that logic makes sense.

Fact: The single most important component to determine speed of arm movement, is, well, the muscles in your arm. Specifically fast twitch muscles.

Now, you're claiming that Bucky can punch faster than Ozy, and your reasoning... wait for it... wait for it... Shoulder muscles, torso muscles and leg muscles. Do you realize how retarded that sounds? Those factors are so far less significant than arm muscles to determine the speed of a punch it's not even funny. As I said, and you admitted, those have more to do with power, technique and positioning. You said the same. So how can things not as important as arm muscles when determining arm speed, somehow make WS punch faster. You need to explain your ass backswards logic to me.

Wait, maybe this is the problem... Do you believe your shoulder muscles, back muscles, leg muscles are bigger factors in arm speed than your arm muscles? Please don't tell me that is your stance? lol
