Look at the panel where she is inside of him. You see the energy coming from her, not the lasso. Then he outright said what are YOU. I think this panel is basic.

Anyone who's read a Superman comic would have seen his feats. His numerous speedblitzes. His reassembling the moon feat. His conversation in the diner with Barry. He's consistently faster than she is. Not to mention his numerous processing feats of things moving FTL even in Earth's atmosphere.
