He gets hit by them for two reasons A) because he can. He absorbs shots on purpose. He's described it many times. 2) he's not maxing his power and speed all the time. when he's running around playing hero with the league or around the world, he's tuned all the way down. It's something even Batman criticizes him for occasionally.
However, on the forum he has no such problems because of a combination of rules.
Per forum rules; "For example, even though The Flash doesn't clock each of his own opponents in the first millisecond in his own comic, it is assumed that is a viable tactic on this board since it is a proven fact that he possesses that level of speed."

PIS = Plot Induced Stupidity
At times, for the sake of the plot, characters that are immensely more powerful than their opponent will "job" to carry on the plot of the story, even though the characters powers and history would clearly show that they are more than capable of destroying their opponent.
We know that Superman when not affected by PIS or being held back by need to create plot or convincing enemies is far beyond conventional heros, we see it constantly. Thats why he was banned from threads for a time.
You can't even argue that it's a CIS scenario, because Superman isn't a blundering Rhino-like character, powerful and stupid.
