Anyone else sort of dreading the Showrunners trying to come up with their OWN "Red Wedding Type" scene and do a really forced Martin impression?

doesnt matter. if they screw it all up, the fans will blame GRRM.

So is baby jon in that tower?

I'm thinking

Probably

Yes. That's the prevailing theory and it's sound.

How long will they now drag the 2nd part of the Tower of Joy flashback

Guessing not until after Jon makes his next big plot decision, which I assume will be leading a Wildling army to retake Winterfell, after he meets up with Sansa.

Makes sense i guess.

A new thing was also introduced in flashback that could lead to new "holy shit" moments in the show is that Bran and BloodRaven have the capability to communicate with people in the past (maybe future).

Besides R+L=J now we could have Bran messing with the past to rewrite the future? Or alter events?
Maybe after Bran learns all the stuff the Bloodraven wants to teach him.

If the past is altered everything we know about the show goes down the drain. I really hope that doesn't happen.

The rest of the Tower of Joy flashback will be in episode 5. In the episode description it says "Bran learns a great deal"

The prevailing fan theory is that The Hound isn't dead, that he was discovered by members of the Faith and nursed back to health, and that he'll become their champion and fight his undead brother.
Ian McShane has all but confirmed that he plays the part of a holy man who nurses Sandor Clegane back to health.

Good, I was hoping he'd come back. Can't wait for the fight

Hypothetical: Melisandre raises Tywin from the dead instead of Jon Snow. How does Tywin handle this flustercuck in King's Landing?

He'd strike a deal with the High Septon that appeared to appeal to all, then slowly plot his downfall.

He'd not be stupid enough to outright murder the Septon, making him a martyr and turning the militants into guerrilla fighters.

He'd cow everyone into submission, get Tommen to man up and stop being a loser, prepare to go out and kill the Boltons and then get killed by Cersei because he's a raging cock.

Edited for accuracy. I've tolerated your heresy against Sheev for years, but you will not besmirch Tywin.

Best thing about this episode was Grand Maester Pycelle letting out a squeaky fart when he turned around and saw the zombie mountain
