Nah, I want the film to do well and never said it would change men who see it or turn women into femi-nazis. I also wasn't saying the movie itself would have a political or feminist agenda. It's clear Brie Larson has one or both of those agendas and I think that had more of a negative impact than her gender.

I never said white males are threatened over it. I pointed out a reason for the backlash. Most of it isn't cuz she has lady parts.

I want the film to succeed, it's not really some "gotcha!" here for me for someone to say the movie is good.

You wanted the film to bomb so you could them do your "this is what Leftist Hollywood gets for pushing their SJW and feminist agenda; the fans have spoken!" routine. This just isn't correct though. I said before I wanted to film to succeed. This was weeks ago.

Every Marvel movie that succeeds prolongs the life of the MCU.

Anyways, I hope they eventually introduce Super Skrull.

I'd say troll reviews knocked off 10...maybe 15 points. Just my opinion, but it still leaves it well below the 2nd lowest rated Marvel movie.

It's an insanely small portion of people who were upset cuz she was a woman with power, but to those few who were upset over it I doubt anything will make them like the movie.

That's the pitfall of this "woke" stuff. You can never be sure if someone is liking or disliking your product for reasons that have nothing to do with the quality of the film.

It's why I wouldn't feel too good about myself if I was a minority and I won an oscar this year.

Wow your dumb. The movie was great. Having a woman leading is great. People that might not like it like you doesn’t mean they are sexist pig.
