Meh, don't feel like it now, tbh. I just re-read the entire Anakin v. Dooku fight and kept quoting and re-quoting whilst searching for circumstances for the Count's loss.

Honestly, the fact that Vader didn't cleave Ahsoka in half in their third bladelock (after she cuts his mask) speaks volumes of her strength, and for me, makes it clear Ahsoka is physically stronger than Dooku. I mean, it was an overhead chop from Vader, and Ahsoka blocks it with her back turned and with some pretty severely shitty leverage, and then manages to recover and resume a proper duel. She has some 10/10 triceps.

I think the novelization details that he was able to rejuvenate himself pretty quickly. And his annihilation to Anakin was so complete it didn't seem to be the product of any such side factors.

Well they'll be factors, I just don't see any massive physical disparity between Tano and Dooku -- both were driven back by insane power duelists and while the one Ahsoka fought was more-than-likely stronger, Dooku had more negative circumstances hindering him during his battle with Skywalker.
Also, this debate was a great way for me to explain my reasoning as to why the RotS Anakin vs Dooku fight is often taken out-of-context, so that's a bonus assuming this forum doesn't eat me alive for it. 👆
