It kinda did, unfortunately. I'll definitely consider staying far away from the next trilogy if Johnson directs the whole thing. In the meantime, there's Solo... could be good. Could be bad. We'll see.
Iron Man 3 deserves all the hate it gets --- IM 1 was a masterpiece that got MCU started... the character deserved better than having his solo series killed, which Black did, basically.

Snoke had the potential to be great and that potential was wasted... he was all hype, all talk, no substance. Few badass lines and a display of mental abilities are not enough to change that.

My point isn't about the quality it's just I didn't enjoy it but I didn't want to go around smearing the MCU because I love the brand. Not everything any company releases will be connect but the ones that don't I let it go. I thought Homecoming was a bore but I loved GOTG 2 and Raganarok.
Subjective. He was great to me. Sidious was never around a lot in the Ot either. They later explored him with the prequels but Snoke also has a past. We don't know what episode nine has in store. Snoke proved his superior power in a few scenes just as we already know Thanos is the big bad wolf of the MCU. Again subjective but Snoke isn't a hugely popular character but I kind of love it. I don't see the appeal of Vader and he's by far the most popular character of Star Wars. Different strokes for different folks.
