One thing to say - Marvel do not let anyone on this team touch Marvel properties.

Simply. awful. This was not the Star Wars Universe whatsoever.

Interesting breakdown of the audience response to the film.

Not sure how she's connected BvS and the DCEU to the film's reception, but the stuff about how Luke is handled and backlack with SJW shit makes a lot of sense.

It is a great film. I suggest everyone rewatch it ASAP. It's so much better every time you watch it.

I was like that on my first viewing. Gave it a negative even. But after a 3rd viewing I honestly really like it.

That's fair. Though I wouldn't say "flawless."

It's a bit like Jonathan Kent in MoS. I hate the characterization but Costner's acting was magnificent and made it convincing.

Look at the video, he hates how Luke was handled, and there were some bad lines. Under such condition, his performance is truly amazing, so I would call it flawless.

Yeah, it seemed a weird criticism to me as well. The acting was great in this film. I don’t think its ever been better in a SW film.
