Finally got to watch SS, don't see how it changes anything. Majority of DS's feats were either shooting at non-moving targets at around 10m or so or shooting at those zombie things that were so bad at aiming that they couldn't hit any of the squad at all, not even Harley who was armed with a baseball bat. They were slow and easy targets. Plus I don't recall DS shooting one at anywhere near 100m.
His best feat was that snipe shot at the beginning of the movie where he bounced the bullet but he had already scouted that area and prepared for it plus his target was completely unaware that he was getting shot at.
Non of his feats indicate that he can shoot WS easier that WS can shoot him. I still think it's a toss up.
Also rewatched CATWS and WS very rarely misses. Almost all his shots are on point, the only reason his targets don't always get hit is because the targets either block or dodge. But it's not due to bad aim. The only time he really missed was in his gunfight against BW, but then again BW >> random zombies that DS shot up.

I don't think anyone here other than tLoM is arguing that WS is a bad shot, just not as good of one as Deadshot. Also I'd say that the BW gunfire is actually a bad showing on Bucky's part as he had a clear shot and she was close by.

My stance has always been that DS is the better shot whereas Bucky has better speed/reflex and dodging/blocking feats.
Which makes it a toss up for me. They each can kill each other with a shot, might even end up in double kill.

That's a fair point though the main concern I see is that these conditions heavily favor Deadshot. With a fair distance and standard gear for each, Bucky would win handily.

What about the target practice scene where Deadshot, firing various weapons that were not calibrated to him, put every single bullet between the eyes of every single target over the course of 100+ rounds?
His aim was so perfect that every single bullet hole was a perfect circle; not one bullet was off by even a tiny fraction...
Bucky has no feat of aiming anywhere near this good and yes this is proof that Deadshot can shoot Bucky easier than Bucky can shoot him...
Bucky misses targets at close range; Deadshot does not miss...
Edit: And Deadshot did that against 4 or 5 targets of various distances...

When has Bucky ever missed at close range? If you mean his fight against Cap then I could easily say DS missed Batman.

You can downplay it all you want, but that was superhuman accuracy on display...
Quickly firing round after round against various targets at varying distances, with varying weapons and every single bullet literally hits each target in the exact same spot every single time...
Lol on you downplaying the magnitude of what Deadshot did there...
Bucky has absolutely no feat of aiming in the same area code as that...
