For as long as I situatate my points within that 50% data and request that the half of the data missing is supplemented by others (essentially. I only debate what WS can do and ask those that have seen SS to fill in the gaps on what DS can do), that is perfectly fine. Or have you not seen ppl form opinions/arguments by consultation before?
Again, stop dancing around the subject. You were so adamant about combat-"feats" only, we had to call a mod (sadly topic got closed before I could get back and disucss it with Imp). Either differentiate this instance from the one we were debatin or admit to hypocrisy here.

No, I never directly stated Bucky was faster than DS. Next time quote me befoe you toss around accusations. As you doing that is actually the act w/c is dishonest.
I stated that WS has showings where he succesfully pulled off feats that would require at least an enhanced level of arm speed and precision (bullet blocking).
As WS haS nit demonstrated measurable quick draw skills and no one has come forward to state any DS speed shooting showings (anyone who has seen the SS movie is welcome to come in and correct this) as neither likely has had the need to, then one needs to argue indirect "feats" to see who can move their arms faster. And in the absence of direct evidence, secondary evidence can be brought in.
All I said was that I would bet on the one that actually has those said "feats".
