Yeah, he hit every single STATIONARY target from various CLOSE distances. It's a great feat no doubt, he still doesn't have any feat of actually hitting a decent opponent. The one time he actually fought a decent opponent (Batman) he missed.

And before you say he didn't miss, well apparently Cap blocking WS shots constitutes to WS missing, which means that Batman blocking DS's shots with his armor also means DS missed.

That is like someone on the WS arguing that one of their points that was backed up with feats was that WS was born before WWII. IOW, it's a point that nobody disagreed with and has no real bearing on a hth fight.

The point I listed wasn't just some abstract point about birth or what kind of car they drive. It can be a key factor in any combat scenario. Plus I SPECIFICALLY listed it as part of my points that Ozy was superior in. I accept your concession

Being that Quan is the resident idiot, he seems to believe intelligence has no bearing on a fight because of his own lack of intelligence. Though, all this does is confirm how dumb he truly is. Being smarter in every way can certainly effect a fight shortbus.
