Exactly what the **** has AOTC Anakin done to put him above PoD Bane? PoD Bane bested Kas'im, one of the Sith Order's greatest duelists at the time; AOTC Anakin got his ass kicked by a conveyor belt.

Well Bane way before his duel with Kas'im was already > Dooku as per the Tuk'ata scaling. It's very likely that after a growth in power and skill Kas'im seriously challanging him in a duel would mean Kasim >= Dooku.
