I say there on par in speed. Not sure about strenght.
Holding his own against Dooku (and IIRC driving him back for a short Time) is imo better than all what Bane has done. While his Showing against Kas'im is impressive, his perfomance at the end doesn't compare to the Dooku showing. Naturally Kas'im trained him, to be weak against its form, Dooku Skill should equal that.
In Force, he has moved Hut-sized-objects iirc?
