If Superman is at 100, Thanos isn't at 200...sorry. I would probably say 105 and that's being generous.

Well, you can certainly interpret those scans (and the entire story, which I've read) the way you seem to be.
I see it as one character who needs several class100 characters and various other heroes to even slow him down.

I do NOT like Thanos, but i would never lowball his power level.

yeah i know thanos is powerful, not taking that away from him. a solid trans leveler. however my point is that if we only look at his strength, then we will see he is not that strong to be put on SBP levels or something like that. if he had that kind of strength he would be physically tossing guys like hulk, drax and thor left to right. however he does that with his powers. his strength alone is not on those levels IMO. i am not a huge thanos expert and i know i put myself in the danger zone here, but hey thats how you learn, jump into the deep water and try to swim. if i will be afraid to be wrong i wont find out things.

This. I agree that characters like Thanos and Darkseid have few pure strength feats, and as such, has to be judged by their fights. But being rocked by Drax, Hulk, Superman, etc, heroes whose forte is super strength doesn't equate to being on or near the same strength level.

The problem is Superman is variable.
Any of those guys have the potential to beat him, but at any given moment, he can just decide to spin in a circle and beat the piss out of them.

How many DC characters have destroyed an actual planet with their strength? Considering that Thanos barely notices extra-large gas giant planets exploding to his face, if you can't show then I win.

Lots of characters in DC can do that.

Just large gas Giants? Even Byrne Superman aka the weakest Superman can tank Krypton exploding under a red sun.

And Krypton dwarfed Jupiter BTW.
