This is a good point.
We know Superman and Flash are equali-ish in speed - sure, in some comics, Flash is doing it 'for charity', other times, Superman is faster. But we can all agree, they are in the same ballpark.
Can Flash replicate the same feats? Seeing as the 'thrust' from his engine is about the same.

If he had to just blow up the moon, he could've done by simple energy blast, but he had to do it by absorbing as much energy as possible to create enornous unnatural solar flare activities AND DESTROY THE SCANNING ABILITIES of most of goddess's planet's scientiests.
