It's obviously some sort of celestial body (art was extremely vague), but there's virtually no way to know for sure if it was actually a planet. Actually to me it looked more like a moon. Still impressive though when you consider the speed at which Mon-El was able to push said celestial body. Forcing Time Trapper into a sun to me was even more impressive.
