You vs. The Zombie Scourge... Choose Your Weapon!!!

You are only allotted 30 rounds of ammunition per day. That certainly would not cause enough 'wear and tear' to deteriorate a firearm internally... Especially a revolver -- revolvers don't contain nearly as many moving parts as semi-auto handguns, and therefore tend to last a LONG time.

So unless you repeatedly use it as a bludgeoning weapon in ways you shouldn't, it will absolutely last your lifetime.

And we still use comic book logic & feats here.

Remember, the gasoline didn't deteriorate either in TWD.

👆

And I don't recall any instances in the show where Rick has had a problem with his Colt not firing properly or whathaveyou. Heck, I can't think of any maintained firearms that malfunctioned due to overuse in the comics, either.

I would be smart with the gun. I would wait until it gets close to midnite on the night of a full moon, and time it so that I could shoot my 30 bullets right before midnite and once the clock clikcs over I would have another instant load of 30 more shots!

IT COULD WORK!

...As long as you didn't need any bullets the entire day. 😉

lol. yeah, under the stips, you better make sure you kill everything you shoot those 60 bullets at and proceed to get the fck out of dodge for the next 23 hours.

Good thing I am a DAMN GOOD SHOT! That and Zombos being really stupid.

At least they don't type in green font... 😛

So you think you'd be able to conserve most of you ammo all day long... In the middle of a zombie-infested Atlanta?

Wow. Is your real name John McClane? 😕

Yes. I could. How? Well for starters I don't run out in the middle of the street and start popping caps like a Retard.

Unlike most of the characters on TWD.

But Walkers aren't just in the middle of the street. They can literally be anywhere -- inside vehicles, buildings, swimming pools, etc. etc.

Point being: even if you try and hide, chances are that Walkers will already present in said hiding spot, OR they'll find you eventually.

There are lurkers, too. Zombies specializing in playing dead. Well, more dead than usual.

One of those would surely chew on Fly's ankle as part of the punishment for not reading comics.

Good point. 👆

Even in the show there have been quite a few lurkers -- most notably the one that bit Hershel's leg at the Prison.

Fly is ill-prepared, and would die a horrible death... Think Noah, but worse. 👆

Well I will point out that it is kind of hard to be "Well Prepared" when you only get 1 weapon and that's it. At least according to the Op.

Bump for the lulz...

I choose Michonne's sword. Kill a walker, skin it, wear the skin, gather supplies that can't normally be gotten, and then get out of Atlanta with a nice car that I fixed up, a bunch of food that I gathered, and the riot gear that I took off of a walker.

You're making it sound easy.

Whisperers knew well how to do it right.

Ah but Gamma Galan stipped that we couldn't disguise ourselves

Threads that require imagination and creativity, I miss those.

So.

Deathslash openly admits he skins people, dries said skin and wears it, making it a part of his skillset. He knows his craft well.

Then he ignores mod's stipulations.

Banhammer imminent.
