Neck muscles don't have much to do with breathing.

vader would have choked a rancor. the only way it was prevented was by direct and pre-prepped plating in his esophagus. unless hulk has some sort of esophageal protection we don't know about, the choke should def work--for a short time at the very least. while he is stunned and gagging, easy enough to lift him then simply throw the saber spear-like into and through his brain, or frisbee-like to behead him. of of course to simply leap and drive it into his brain.

vader could never face him directly, or stop him with the force, or even mind trick him. he COULD stun him, surprise him and kill him though. like i said, i'm just not sure how often it would happen. it just certainly isn't out of the realm of possibility by any stretch. /shrug

What's the most powerful character Vader can choke? I'm sure if he can choke Hulk (who doesn't need to breath), he could choke almost every Herald level character that needs to breath like Thor, Superman, Captain Marvel, etc...

What tier does this put Vader in?

Hulk's esophagus should be in proportion to the rest of his body.

That is to say, quintillions of times above anything vader had to deal with.

Fight starts. Casual thunderclap before vader can react.

Fight over.

and hulk is no superman. not even close tbh in terms of whose skin/cells are more resistant to damage. and vader has effortlessly walked away from massive explosions without a scratch. i don't see a t-clap ending this, personally. not at all, really as the force basically directs force AWAY from vader. /shrug

Hulk have some of the best piercing durability showings in comics but Leo doesn't think he has comparable showings to top tier Heralds, especially DC. Of course, nothing new here.
