Superman wasn't driving like a car. He was himself propelling both himself and Zod. It's like a car hitting you at Mach speed dragging you forward and creating an arm to bash your head in at the same speed. If Superman was punching in lesser speed he wouldn't even connect with Zod as his body would be moving at greater speed than what Superman was punching at.
And we get it, Zod was grunting in slow motion too.
How was it slow speed punches BTW? Because we didn't see blur lines?

Some people here can't comprehend that you can't run (or fly in this case) faster than your reflexes allow without killing yourself.
It honestly boggles my mind that blitzing regular humans is supposed to be an impressive feat for Diana.

True, but the faster one goes then the more distance they need to react. Humans can't run at full speed and navigate around objects that are 3 ft from them. Do you think Superman can navigate through a small house at faster Mach 1?
He can easily navigate at Mach 100 outside when things are more than a mile away from him. He would have more time to react.
Reflexes = Time to react
Time = distance/speed
Therefore. Reflexes = distance to react / speed the distance converges

Since we've seen Superman fly at super speed through a skyscraper-infested Metropolis with no problems I'm gonna call bullshit on that.

That's not how physics work. Ever hear of the theory of relativity? Look it up, it explains this scenario perfectly. If I rammed into you at mach 1 speeds and dragged you along with me, then it wouldn't matter how fast or slow my punches are, they will still connect provided you don't dodge them. I can reach out as slowly as I want and poke you in the nose, it would still connect as long as we're both traveling at the same velocity. The key here is that we're traveling at the same velocity.
Now, you can say that Superman is flying at superspeed, and I don't think anyone here contests that. But you can clearly see that his punches are not done in superspeed. Heavyweight boxers throw punches faster than that, and the scene was clearly not depicted as being in slow motion.
So how exactly did you come up with the idea that the punches were thrown in superspeed?

Do you agree or disagree that Diana has superspeed?

Superman never avoided an obstacle that was very close to him (less than 20ft) while going faster than sound. Superman going through the building hurts your case because Superman not only hit the building, but he started from afar (had plenty of time and distance to adjust his flight).
