You need to prove it was done at human level speed. Just because it was done in real time doesn't mean it was Henry Cavill punching Michael Shannon.
Your tantrums are amusing though.
This is seriously hilarious.
Err... no. He's flying at super speed but punching at normal speed. The proof is that we can see him flying at super speed yet still only punches at regular speed.
What you're saying is like saying that if Usain Bolt starts punching while he's running at top speed, he's actually throwing faster punches than Mayweather does when Mayweather is standing still. That's just a ridiculous argument.
Bottom line is, you have zero proof to back up your claim that Superman was punching in super speed. The most that you can do is prove that he was flying in super speed.

Using his logic, skydivers have superspeed.

Err... no. A punch does not accelerate with uniform magnitude, at least it depends on the punch and the mechanics of it. Stepping forward at the last minute just before the punch hits makes sure it accelerates faster at the last minute. A drop punch achieves something similar. Torquing your hips towards the end of a kick makes sure it's accelerating faster at the end than it did in the beginning.Fight scenes with Captain America and Winter Soldier utilize stuntmen, shaky cam, close up shots and sped up frame rates to create the illusion that they are faster than heavyweight professional fighters. So your argument here holds no weight since visually, they actually do seem faster than professional heavyweight fighters. At least for most of the time. Every now and then they might throw a hit that looks slow, but then again not every movement a professional fighter makes is always at top speed.
You have no clue what you are talking about. The acceleration of the fist is approximately uniform in a cross or a jab.
False, 99% of the fight scenes are done with the actual actors. Nothing is sped up. If that was the case then they are still slow as shit because the speed up doesn't make them look fast at all. Professional fighters are still a shit ton faster.
Post any scene where you think Cap or WS move their limbs faster than a real professional fighter and I will show you the joke of the day.

Sure I'll post a scene. But first you have to provide proof that all punches have uniform acceleration all throughout the motion.

I understand your point. Just wanted to nitpick though.
You should refer to "relative velocity". The theory of relativity is used for speeds very close to the speed of light. It's far more complex than simple relative velocity.

I noted the two punches (which are relevant to this thread). A cross and a jab.
Superman was punching with a nearly uniform acceleration (not speed). Let's only speak of relevant things.
