I don't remember. Although Obamacare is not a failure, it is certainly not as good as it should have been. In large part because it was weakened considerably as a conciliatory measure to Republicans. Who then repaid that kindness by turning around and endlessly screeched about how terrible it was based on those concessions.
Republicans have no morals or shame. And its worked for them.
