You can try to twist that feat as much as you can it doesn't matter.
The scan shows that he is capable of fighting at super speeds. Look at the scan. The idea that I have to explain the scan to you should embarrass the shit out of you. Do you see how he saves the people? Yes? well he's doing it at super speed which counters you saying that he is slow. If he was saving them at super speed, doesn't that mean that he was using his hands to grab them? Actually you know what don't answer I'm sure when it finally hits you it will be enough of a blow, but then again.

Thanks buddy.
Carver, superspeed is one of the most unfair powers. It is nearly impossible to write a good story if the hero is vastly faster than everyone. Writers often write characters (that possess superspeed in their powerset) WITHOUT great speed and reflexes to create adversity in the story.
So yes, if a character’s superspeed has been established, then it is PIS every time they are written not using it.
So if a character uses great speed at times and at other times are written not to then what do you suggest their forum representative should be?
Should they operate with speed in a forum or not?

You are becoming boring because you don't understand the context of what you are posting or that other people are posting.
Sentry is as slow as other characters in combat...
His fights are enough to understand that point but hey please post Sentry making a sandwich at super-speed and pretend that he is super-fast in combat while ignoring his showing in actual fights...
Following the bandwagon without having an once of critical thinking is so easy.
Either way this discussion is pointless and you will repeat your point over and over so if your next post is to say the same thing again, I advise you to stop right now.
Have a good day.
@H1, I wish that was the case but there's no excuse when you have two people with the same speed fighting and you get results like this (look at the person who is watching the fight)...
Also, you are one of the people that always bring up Doomsday having super speed. When Superman and Doomsday fought, guess who watched the entire fight?
What I'm saying doesn't just apply to Superman, it applies to Gladiator and Hyperion as well. They can clean a house near instantly but their combat speed, Lord help them.

You are bringing an excuse.
Manga authors have characters fighting at super-speed all the time and the story goes fine.
You are trying to rationalise your point to make us accept an ability that your character never shows in fights.
That's not how it works.

My mind exactly brother. 👆
I hope that those silly delusional conversation about those comic book characters having super-speed in combat stops some day...

If he is constantly shown fighting at the speed of non speedsters, then that indicates that he is unable to use or restricted from using it consistently. Yes he is capable of it, but not consistently and not even most of the time.
Could be that the power of his punches decline significantly the longer he speed blitzes. Could be that he expends too much energy if he punches with speed and power (unlike things like typing, etc.). You even have an on panel attempt to give an explanation:
It’s not PIS. It’s just what it is.

And that was just McDuffie inserting his personal views in the comic after he lost a debate in an online forum.

He has fought non speedsters at their speed constantly across decades. And as a writer, Mc Duffie defined the character.

It's like he can chose to use his Superspeed. Crazy, right?
And McDuffie purposely wrote Superman as less powerful than he was.
And the same guy who thinks Superman doesn't uses Superspeed argues Sentry uses matter manipulation in every thread when he has done that only once.
