Semi-serious question for those who understand/endorse protected classes:
Even if you agree with the concept, do you believe there's an element of "racketness" in this? Ambulance chasers hunting for money, basically?
If I was a Christian baker, you'd better believe I'd bake a cake for anyone, because I'd know damned well if I don't, I'll be on the hook for six-seven figures in discrimination suits. That's why I can't really understand why any baker would discriminate, religious or no.
I kind of wonder if these bakers are in on the scam, to help push legislation or whatever. It just all stinks of "manufactured controversy", because most Christian's are just people who honestly don't give a shit and want to sell cakes..
