Avenatti wants to be believed, who do we believe?

You're good at this evaluation stuff.

Evaluate me, now. What's my angle in this? (I am being serious - I won't disagree if you're right)

I don't think you have an angle per se, I don't think you spend your days hoping Avenatti goes down in flames. I believe you believe Avenatti most probably attacked without** justification and therefore should face the consequences as per the law.

**You may very well be correct there, but I've also witnessed women attack men and men have to defend themselves. So I'm going to wait until the investigation is over. Gut instinct: I side with you more, he probably lost his shit and struck her and it wasn't in self defense.

If he's guilty, let him face whatever jail time and/or punishment for his crime(s).

Actually, you're 100% spot on. I really don't give a poop about him or his ego-bumping with Trump. He's in the spot-light so he's topical.

And his GF (or ex?) could very well be the instigator.

Do you think he pushed to hard trying to become famous? I think he lost his credibility when his "kavanaugh victims" fessed up to lying and making things up.

In just the past five month

Him and two of his clients have been referred to the DOJ for criminal prosecution
Hes been ordered to pay millions to his ex partner
He owes the IRS between $500k-2 million in back taxes
He's been arrested for domestic violence
Hes been evicted from his law office and owes his landlords $213k

And this is only what we know of

How do you think this all came about? Do you believe hes a victim as hes claiming like all his clients are victims or do you think hes just a grifting shit bag?

He made it no secret that he likes being in the news and doing interviews.

I don't think he lost credibility with that. He's a lawyer, he can always go "I went with what my clients told me", which is his job.

Awhile back when he had legal issues with his former partners some silly Rightist claimed that Avenatti was done; that he was "dust", yet Avenatti went on just fine.

This domestic violence case might end his "celebrity" fame though, depending how it goes; what comes out. He'll be fine as a lawyer though.

Good point, I dont think the latest of him being evicted is fake news however. And I know 100% sure that legal issue with his partner is not fake news though.

Law and Crime no fake new purveyor has this article about that same judgement.

Tell me what you think, his partner was awarded nearly $5 judgement against him.

Mareli Miniutti

Claim of Domestic Violence against Michael Avenatti

Constructed

Everything is a construct.

https://boingboing.net/2018/11/20/mareli-miniutti-gets-restraini.html

Miniutti alleged, Avenatti "began forcefully hitting me in the face with pillows from the bed," and then grabbed her wrist and, later, her arm.

"He dragged me on the floor of the apartment towards and out of the door into the public hallway," Miniutti said. "I was wearing only my underwear and t-shirt at the time, and suffered scratches to the bare skin on my side and leg." -snip

Okay, things seem to be changing? I was under the impression he physically beat her with his hands. Getting hit with a pillow is far different than with a fist and/or open palm.

This angry pillow-fight stuff doesn't bode well for those (ie Surt) who are masturbating their tiny peens over the thought of Avenatti going down in flames.

Gotta avoid victim blaming.

But, sounds like she was being super irritating. He couldn't stand her mouth and she wouldn't shutup (there are YouTube vids of women like this and the dude just takes it...sounds like Av snapped and threw her out because he didn't want to deal with that anymore). So he threw her out of his abode.

Sound a lot less terrible than it was. And he probably admitted to forcefully throwing her out which explains the bail? But he's a lawyer, not sure he'd be stupid enough to admit. Maybe he admitted to throwing her out?

I'll find a vid.

If it was a pillow this is a joke. Still have to wait for more info.

Can't find a vid...

Seems like YouTube removes those vids. It's vids where the GF just yells and yells and hits the man.

Wait, found one:

YouTube video

I for one hope Mikey pulls through it all. He still needs to find the other members of that Bethesda rape gang. We got Kavanaugh, now we need to find the others.

Even Sean Connery knows that if you've tried every other option and she just won't shut up...sometimes you gotta slap her.

Also seriously I don't think it's the pillow thing that did damage. And the LAPD did say there were visible signs of an attack and the restraining order *was* granted. Some of the pics she posted were showing bruising on the legs, etc. which could have I suppose occurred depending on how he dragged her and how forcefully.

Avenatti is claiming a picture she posted on Instagram of herself a day or two after the incident showed no visible signs of injury, but it just was of her face and stuff so if she does indeed have bruising in other areas cuz he dragged her...it's not proof he didn't do anything to her. He's claiming he has other evidence too, but hasn't shown it.

Nobody is stanning Avenatti. The only reason this is an issue is because Trump simultaneously wishes Avenatti was his lawyer, and hates him for making him look bad in the media.

I don't recall Trump saying much of anything about Avenatti until he got arrested lol. What else has he said about him?
