A ton of people care, actually. Tons. It's pretty big news because of how "in the media" he became lately. He also started to look like a nice Democratic Party symbol and was setting himself up to run against Trump in 2020.But you're pretending like no one cares and this isn't a big deal because it's an anti-Trump schmuck who messed up big time.
What do you mean "lately"? He is a media savvy lawyer. That is his entire schtick, and has been since day one. That is the reason Trump likes him: because he looks tough on TV in a way he wished Giuliani would.
If he wants to run as a Democrat, no one is stopping him, but it does not mean anyone will vote for him. He is not on the top of any serious Democratic contender list. Hence, why nobody is stanning him and nobody cares.

About the last year, of course. What else could anyone, not just me, mean what they mentioned "lately"?

You're right: he's done. After recent shenanigans, he's washed up and he won't be a viable candidate.
But don't let facts get in the way of your cognitive dissonance about Avenatti blowing his 2020 case.

Hmm, perhaps the reason why this is such a big deal is he was recently building momentum for his 2020 bid? Maybe that. Let's go with that.
He Should Sue Her For Defamation
He'll Win
Actually He Won't. The Lawyer / Lawyers who wrote Daniels Statement were real slick with the way they put that statement together
To challenge it through the courts he'd have to have a recording or a wittness / wittnesses (who would want to get involved in that drama)
Carried bout by a couple of real....
Thot Patrol Right Here:
Another Bad week for Avanti, not only has he "decided he isnt running for President."
But he has to pay $2 million in a divorce settlement, give up his Ferarri, nice watches and other toys and items.

Does anyone think he is regretting his short but bright rise to fame. He was close at 1 million followers a while back and has lost almost 150k just in the past month.
Does anyone think his supporters were/are just fairweather fans because he was so anti-trump?
He seems to be on a continuing losing spree at this moment. Just from what I know by the numbers between his ex wife, ex partner, ex commericial lease and IRS he easily owes $10,000,000.
Now that isnt a lot of money to someone if they are on the upstreet but since hes no longer a conder to take out Trump, his donations to "Fight Pac" are sure to dry up.
I can only imagine he will end up taking money from his PAC to cover his losses, but again, that's illegal, so he will end up in more trouble.
At this point, I don't see anyone that is going to bail him out of this mess as there are at least 20 other high profile contenders with less drama and legal issues than him that are going to run for president.
Not bad media for CNN here about him

That's a ton of money and asset value. I'm trying to get a software company off the ground with a great group of literal geniuses and schmucks like this guy are hemorrhaging millions in assets because of a very long series of bad decisions.
Makes me buttmad how hard I have to work to get anywhere. If I had just a million, we'd be able to do a ton in less than a year.

What do you think brought about his downfall? Also did you watch the video, it was pretty good.
He did. He brought about his own downfall. If he would have stuck to merely trying to be a thorn in Trumps side and trolling him on twitter it would be one thing, but he didn't. He clearly craved power and attention. Then he inserted himself into shit like the Kavanaugh thing. He, like Trump, is his own worst enemy.
Did you hear Trump is demanding Stormy pay his attorney fee's...times 2? So around 800k lol. They are asking it be doubled in order to send a message so he she won't try this again.
I didn't even add in those lawyers fees, so this could easily be close to $11 million he owes, that isn't chump change either.
He really is the same as Trump which is one of the reasons why I never understood all the people on the left who are rooting for him.
If they think Trump is so bad for all the reasons they do, Avenatti is literally the exact same.
So it begs to question, do they really hate Trump for who he is and how he acts, or do they hate him because they lost the election.
I think the latter makes more sense because you cant be for Avenatti for the same reason your against Trump, they are the same.

Those who supported Michael usually would tout how he's a "fighter" and how that is what they need.
I think they hate Trump because they lost. This is actually pretty pathetic, it's different than hating Trump for any sort of policy he has enacted or anything he has said.
They hate the fact they were denied.
