v2 is independent from v1. It takes place between RotS(literally right after Vader stepped foot off the operating table), and ends at least 5 years before ANH.

It is also really good, imo. Shows us how Vader acquired his first Sith saber/kyber crystal, and focuses a lot on he and the Inquisitors tracking down some of the remaining Jedi. Also introduces some new characters and Force abilities(#LordMomin.)

The artwork isn't as good as v1, but the story itself is top-notch.

cool. dling it now.👆

and who is #lordmomin? You can spoil me.

Under Aaron?

Sort of. He used energy zaps, amped punch, and blasts, too.

I also had a look at his respect thread. He also crushes a (large) diamond in his hands.....

That's pretty strong.

VERY few feats in 58 years...

Even Galan keeps reposting the same feat.

And Stark gets slapped around by Namor and Spidey.

Makes you wonder how he matched strength with Doom. Was he trolling him like an older brother wrestling his kid brother? "Oh yeah you got me... PSYCHE!"

Wasn't that a robot?

Banner traps it to inject the "Stupid virus"?

Ancient Sith Lord whose essence is contained within his mask. When any random character puts the mask on, Momin essentially possesses them.

He was extremely in tune with the dark side, and able to use it to pull some serious time-whammies(he was about to freeze an entire planet forever in time, and by focusing the dark side, was able to open up rifts in time/reality that allowed him to fully resurrect himself... And also allowed Vader to peer beyond the "veil".)

He knew a lot of shit that even Palpatine didn't, which is telling.

On another note, it still irritates me that DC abandoned this plot:

...And we never found out who The Question actually was. 🙁

It's a forum myth, methinks.

And you could argue that 99.99% of Doom's appearances are those of Doombots, if you really wanted to. Leaving good ol' Vic almost featless.

Stark has dozens and dozens of legit strength feats.

In a contest of strength feat war, Doom would have no chance against him.

But WHEN Doom does decide to use his strength...its very clearly above 2 tons. Which makes me wonder where they even got that number in the first place. Doesn't he also regularly engage in physical tussles with Ben Grimm?

Yeah, I wasn't happy with that either.

It's not a rule; he's all over the place.

With the help of the visible energy amping or other tricks.

And if you want to stick to high showings, then Thing held his own against Power Cosmic Doom...

He put Hulk down with a blast. Iirc he ported when Hulk took a swing then reappeared behind him, then took him down.

People just don't get it.

Nobody hates Rey because they hate women. They hate her because she's a terrible character.

Same as Captain Marvel.

It's like Hollywood forgot how to make Han Solo, and thinks Wesley Crusher is awesome. NO ONE LIKED WESLEY CRUSHER.

Hell, I'd go as far as to say no one liked Luke Skywalker. He was an AWFUL character, it was everyone else that made the OT.

He has so few strength showings tho so if the low is 2 and the high is him throwing down with hulk/Grimm...hes probably somewhere in the middle of 2 and 80 tons...

which is the most popular anime world wide, JOJO, Dragon Ball, or Naruto

Kind of a hard question to answer since there's not really any criteria for what makes an anime "most popular", but all three of those started as manga, and if manga sales can be said to be equivalent to popularity, then One Piece beats all three and it's not that close.

Worldwide I can't say, but in the US Dragon Ball has the most cultural impact.

One Piece and then Dragonball.

What do you all think is next for the DCAMU

I'm guessing the new Superman movie is the first in a new series of post-crisis inspired as possible.

JSA etc.

Culture wise, I'm thinking anime robots might be up there, popularized by Robotech. Practically a meme.

For the US. World wide, no idea what they like.

Pretty sure it ain't Dragon Ball here though, its gone so far off the rails with power scaling and bad story, who wants that over JoJo, One Piece, or even Bleach?
