Regarding Battle Beast: he has few appearances, but based on him being able to stalemate Thragg(who we placed at HH) for dayS on end before he was eventually beaten/killed, I'd probably be inclined to put him at MH.

Coldcast doesn't really have the feats, for me. Plus, he's still a squishy human, no?

Toad still has CIS, so am inclined for LS.

As for Citizen Steel, I said LH because yeah he's strong and durable like Galan said.....but it's the same reason Cap is HS ( 😈 ) and not Bats.

She could shoot six arrows at the same time and hit bullseyes with all of them,
Arrowette is also a good gymnast. very agile in h2h

Ultimate Hawkeye was not bad in my memories, though I haven't read ultimate universe in so long. He was dealing with not just street leveler but heavy hitters like Hulk and Ghost Rider too. But in a team environment with plot so it's hard to judge.

Ult Hawkeye tore his own fingernails out and weaponised them - very Bullseye-ish.

As for Zod? Happy for him to be HH. Can't see why not, especially given his push.
