You can't give her abilities that she hasn't shown.

For now she has only human level reflexes, can go only the max speed we saw her go in an atmosphere. And will only go so fast as to be able to react in 0.2 seconds or more in the battlefield.

That doesn't prove she can do the same in an atmosphere.
Also being able to travel fast has no bearing on her reflexes, thinking speed, or battle speed. She would simply begin the fight as a statue. She would never be able to complete a thought unless Superman allowed it.
