The last sequence of Carol vs the Kree armada was uber-impressive, some of the best feats we've seen in modern superhero movies, and flying through the black hole (if that counts) is better than anything anyone in the MCU or DCEU has done barring maybe Thor's neutron star Stormbreaker forging (not trying to start a fight over which feat is better, just simply saying that Carol and Thor have the two highest end and most out there sci-fi durability feats from a comic movie).
That being said, Superman's combat feats post-Justice League are insanely high. All the talk of "well, Superman is fast, but he doesn't fight so fast people are in slow motion." Null and void after Justice League. The dude took down the whole League and then beat a big bad in Steppenwolf that literally soloed all earthly mythological figures, the Amazons, the Atlanteans, and a Green Lantern. And Supes didn't just beat, but stomped Step so bad that Step couldn't even do a thing about it. Practically a statue to Kal.
Compare this to Carol who struggled - and yes, overcame pretty easily once she got used to her powers - Korath and the Kree guard or whoever their names were. Supes would've killed them all in a second or less.
Combat-wise, Superman takes it. Carol will have trouble touching him, let alone knocking him out. With the black hole feat, ya Carol has the exotic durability and space travel speed feats on him in spades.
