I'm stuck on the Eldenbeast. I'm fighting the camera as much as the enemy.
For a lot of attacks and when close in particular it's better to unlock against it.

I will have to try unlocking the camera when I'm in close.

Honestly probably the most underrated skill in these games is camera control. Figuring out when to lock, unlock, how to properly swap between lock-ons, controlling the camera while moving, etc.

Which stat is tied to camera control?

For beginners here are some must have weapons:

Rivers of blood katana (Best weapon against mobs)
Moonlight greatsword (you can spam its Ranged frost wave without using fp after charging it does Great Dmg)
Blasphemous Blade( does Great Dmg, Best healing weapon)
Eleonora poleblade (Great against enemies with shield)
Wing of astel (few weapon arts quickly stagger even bosses)
Sword of night and flame (overall Great Dmg)

if they're far enough in the game to get and use those weapons, they really can't be called beginners

True.

I should say than those are some of the Best weapons in the game and worth to max out.

Radagon is extremely vulnerable against the blasphemous Blade if you buff it you can kill him in 4-5 weapon arts even in NG++.

Platinumed the game after 130 hours.

It was really fun.

Currently at lvl 287 my build is mixed with 70 int 60 faith 60 arcane and enough endurance to carry 3-4 weapons at a time.

Main 2 weapons are rivers of blood and eleonora poleblade the 3rd changes between blasphemous blade, wing of astel, moonlight greatsword.

Talismans I use are the one that boosts Dmg when bleed kicks, in godfrey for skills and spells, shard of Alexander for skill boost and Scorpion charm of magic or fire or the one talisman that boosts Dmg with succesful attacks.

Spells and incantations I use are are golden vow, flame grant me strength, aldula moonblade, night comet, Terra magicus, comet azur, swarm of files.

I use white mask for extra bleed Dmg and black Knife armor for stealth.

It's second nature for me in Demon's Souls, DS1 and DS3. It will take some practice in Elden Ring.

Waves of darkness is such a nice ash of war put it on a Great star buff you magic Dmg and it can do wonders.

Would recommend it As Great stars heals on each hit and the waves can stagger most enemies there is also quite high poise ön the skill..

You guys gotta try Envoy's long Horn its crazy against bigger enemies.

It can easily deal 10.000-15.000 Dmg to the large bosses took down the fire giant in 6 skills on ng+++.

Both sound like something I need to try.

I started a strength build and faith build since I can't beat the Elden Beast with my arcane build. 👇

I bet Envoy Longhorn can demolish elden Beast but I havent tried it myself dont know of he is ressisstant against holy Dmg or not.

Use the blasphemous Blade on radagon he is extremely weak against it.

The Elden Beast is more than resistant towards holy damage: he's completely immune to it. An attack that does 1,000,000 holy damage will do 0 damage to him.

Keep that in mind Bada. Faith builds can still rek him but not if you're relying on holy. Black flame ****s him up.

Another overpowered incantation is the ancient dragon lightning.

You can buff it up to do 10k dmg+ per cast and it works on the Elden Beast.

The Dmg is kinda inconsistent cause it hits multiple times but works Great on dragon and Big bosses...

Thanks for the tips guys. I don't have as much time to spend gaming as I used to have. I'm still finding bosses and areas I missed. I really like this game.

For mages use aldula moonblade with left hand for double dmg that Way you can hit the enemy twice with 1 attack (once with the Blade once with the wave if close enough) this method doesnt work if you cast it with right hand.

Ha. I used my staff in my offhand almost the entire game so I didn't realize that it differed if used in the main hand. But I did realize that the first strike did significantly more damage then the follow ups, so it was always best to hit only with first strikes.

Am I the only one who thinks Elden Beast is one of the most annoying bosses in the game?

He just keeps running away.

Just finished my NG+++ run wrecked it with ancient dragon lightning strike that incantation is amazing when buffed up especially against larger enemies easily does 10-15k Dmg if it hits multiple times...

Bleed builds must try mohgwyn sacred spear the damage of the weapon is just stupid OP throw out you mimic sneak up on the boss and you can demolish any boss under 15 seconds with it....
