Am I the only one who thinks Elden Beast is one of the most annoying bosses in the game?

He just keeps running away.

Just finished my NG+++ run wrecked it with ancient dragon lightning strike that incantation is amazing when buffed up especially against larger enemies easily does 10-15k Dmg if it hits multiple times...

Bleed builds must try mohgwyn sacred spear the damage of the weapon is just stupid OP throw out you mimic sneak up on the boss and you can demolish any boss under 15 seconds with it....

You're on your third run.

So we're.not exactly talking Mass Effect Trilogy or Dragon Age Origins content here...

He makes good "how to" videos. I started the red lightning build last week. You still need to know the boss movesets to get the timing right. But yeah, it decimates things.

I cant figure out the range and the area of the lightning it seems kinda random to me still killed Placidusax with 3 incantations using only 3 different buffs. He has about 36k hp on ng+++

The flame version of this is burn O flame it can do similar Dmg managed to pull of 16k Dmg against an erdtree it has fire weakness though..

I've played around with it on lesser enemies and it does seem random.

I'm going to try the Burn O Flame on Radagon and the lightning on Elden beast. I just need to get the talismans and buffs sorted.

New Update is out swarm of flies has been nerfed dont really mind cause it was kinda dumb OP.

I'm loving the changes to colossal weapons. I have a strength/tank build and my faith build uses the Godslayer's Greatsword for the first half of the game.

Yeah, nice patch. There were a lot of things that needed changes. As well as bugfixes.

Hilariously, this patch caused a new bug where Malenia is healing without actually hitting the player though.

Wow. A game this big is bound to be buggy.

Beat the game using a faith build. Would have like to win using melee though.

How many times do you suppose people were beating Skyrim around this same time in its life cycle.

Because still shaking my head at four times already. A big game, I could never beat twice by now, let alone four times.

I've got three characters in the endgame, but haven't actually cleared the game on any of them. Not sure why, but it's par for the course for me with these games.

There are people doing legit speed runs under 4 hours, no glitches. They must be playing the game 10 hours every day to do these speed runs and no death runs.

I have a strength build and a magic build about a third into the game. I'm about to start my first NG+.

Yep. And the Skyrim world record (glitchless) is ~ 1 hour and 11 minutes. Even less than that with glitches on.

Speed runners are positively bonkers. Fun to watch sometimes though.

Big issue after this patch with bosses getting instakilled by status effects.

Sweeping nerfs are always bad news.

I got good enough with Dark Souls 1 that I finished in a bit under 3 hours. But I can play that game in my sleep now.

The Sacred Relic sword is ridiculous in PVE.

Started Journey 5 with Death's poker the frostbite stack on the L2, R1 weapon art is crazy good it melts most bosses.

It casts a pretty long Line of frost bite stacking fire trail for like 6-7 seconds do it 2 times in a row and the bosses are guaranteed to get down át least 2 half health cause the ai is just too stupid to get out of the trail....

I have Death's Poker on my int build. How did you frostbite stack?

Well dont really know of its a stack but the enemy gets frostbite pretty often if you Quick cast L2, R1 multiple times leaving more Than just 1 trail......after the first frostbite they take 20 percent more Dmg...
