They all have fuked up past and their portrayal and outlook of life is much more real and relatable than superheores.

The Rogues have always been badass even in crossover big events (underworld unleashed)

Mirror Master is almost unbeatable in battle forum he has amazing feats (check out comicvine lol), Captain Cold can reach below absolute zero, Abra Kadabra is a reality warper/magician from the future who has turned Superman into a puppet.
Weather Wizard can make tornado in people's stomach
If The Rogues are jokes then Superman is more than a joke, after all this is what Abra Kadabra done to Superman

and Flash villains aren't just the rogues, they actually include some of the most OP opponents
Gorilla Grodd just got the still force, he was stopping time in the universe during the mxy

Hunter Zoom another broken character that no need introduction

Professor Zoom can time travel and age people to death with his hand

Savitar and Max Mercury are all competent speedsters that can access speedforce.

Black Racer is aspect of death himself

If anything a someone that can access UNIVERSAL energy called speedforce is the one being underrated here.

Superman would be dead before regaining his speed from speed steal

Flash one-shotted white martian with an IMP, white martian is approximately same level as green martian as far as physical attributes, kryptonians durability is not that FAR above martians

so let's say Flash needs 3 (IMP) punches to finish a kryptonians. Superman being above normal kryptonians, if we are being generous he can take 10 punches of IMP before going down. So all flash has to do is IMP him more than 10 times. when someone has their speed stolen like a statue, it's easy to land 10 punches. (I'm being generous here kryptonians physical attributes are only few notches above martians)

in the off chance Superman catches flash, flash can always do this

unlike superman, flash's attosecond feat is actually legit

Flash is faster in traveling, Flash also has faster reaction, he'll throw more punches, his punches will hurt because Force= Mass times Accerlation

He can speed steal Superman into a statue then infinite mass punch him till he's a bloody pulp

He can dump Superman into the speed force

I haven't even gotten into the Time traveling shenanigans he can do

I think if Wally doesn't spoed steal, he's ****ed. Even with Wally flat out being faster than him, it doesn't mean that he can't be hit.

Superman's "I always have another gear" aura will eventually have him beat Wally, as it would have him beat most other characters.
