Justices should be conservative, not liberal activists. By their very nature, Justices should be conservative, not liberals, because their job is to interpret the law with the highest focus on Original Intent - not the creation of new laws via new interpretations of existing laws.

Judicial Activism is inappropriate for a Justice. Leave Judicial Activism up to local courts and overturn cases that go too far that get appealed up to the top.
