I just assume that he doesn’t always shoot his atomic breath at full power.

YEA CONFIRMED,,,, Godzilla and Kong will unite the 7

Absolutely.

We're talking radiation burns & poising for the whole damn city for the heat required to bore down that deep.

I had to turn my brain off and just enjoy the movie. 😆

.....

I honestly forgot that part. But then again, is Godzilla’s breath even radioactive?

Think about it, it’s true Godzilla absorbs radiation, maybe his body acts like a filter, that ever energy he filters out, it comes out pure. Because if we took it further, Godzilla would have been poisoning the whole world since he came out in 2014 if he was just leaking radiation.

It is. Godzilla bores a hole through thousands of miles, stares down Kong across that vast distance, and then Kong climbs up in about a minute.... Yeah, it's completely illogical and inconsistent. Everything dealing with the Hollow Earth was dumb.

And yet there's been waaay more ridiculous stuff in Godzilla's own movies.

That's possible too. As this movie requires that level of "science" & suspension of disbelief to be functional/enjoyable.

Me speculating: Nuclear fuel rods heat to about 5000 degrees Fahrenheit(half of the sun's surface of 10,000 degrees). That's hot enough to burn right down into the earth's core. But the ambient radiation that amount of heat would emit would probably kill everyone within a 10 mile radius.

So Zilla's body would have to be a self contained, living "mini singularity"(black hole)... Cause only something with that level of radiation pull could keep that kind of radiation from expanding out 360 degrees - and it takes that kind of heat(energy) to burn THAT kind of a hole.

F*** it... It's magic. 😆

.....

Lol at collateral damage meaning anything.

Not any worse than batmans gauntlet

Nah. It's way more absurd than just some alien metal.

Round 1: Kong was mentally destroyed, drugged/sedated, in the middle of the ocean, and chained down to a boat. Almost bitty bopped Godzilla under the worst circumstances.
Round 2: Kong was a bit more stable and looking for the heat. Gave Godzilla that good work.
Final Fight: Godzilla should've lost his head via Kongs charged up axe but ok. Insert plot Godzilla takes over.
Moral of the story. Godzilla got his head dribbled like a basketball and Kong had to save his life in the end after he got mollywopped by Mecha.
Kong ontop. It's ez to see.

Lol Kong got wrecked the whole movie Godzilla was clearly better

Did you watch a bootleg or a completely different movie? I heard that "Lizard & Monke" came out and it's one of those knockoff copycat films.

Round 1: Kong was no longer sedated by the time Godzilla showed up. And he was calm with the little girl around right up until Big G swam onto the scene. Also the chains were released before the actual fight between them started. Kong almost got drowned and needed humans to save him. Also Godzilla absolutely beasted him when they were on the aircraft carrier.

Round 2: Kong got tossed around and burnt. Even with the axe he only put Godzilla down for a short while.

Round 3: Godzilla destroyed Kong. He literally stood on his chest and told him he was better than him. He left Kong with burns, a dislocated shoulder, and tons of bite and claw marks all over him. Oh, and let's not forget his heart gave out. And all of this happened even with the axe that was a literal cheat code for Kong because without it he stood 0 chance.

Oh and nice try, Mecha Godzilla stomped both of them, and without Zilla charging the axe, both he and Kong would've been killed eventually.

I almost forgot that even in Hollow Earth Kong again needed humans to save his ass from those flying snakes, which Godzilla would've decimated.

Your butt has to be super hurt to blatantly lie when everyone else has also seen the movie. Quan...is that you?

Why are you even bothering to respond? Either he's trolling or he's sub-70 IQ.

When you see unbridled idiocy, it just boils the blood sometimes, man. I just can't help myself.

So this was just Transformers mixed with Pacific Rim.

Not really.

It was though.

the movie NEVER really gave a clear who would really win. Kong was drugged and at a disadvantage in the ocean. The second fight told you that all it took was for kong to have an equalizer and the right ground to fight in to win. That last godzilla rampage was some other shit but he clearly had to give all he got to make it happen because he got his ass scraped by mechG real quick. Kong was also gimped the whole movie trying to make sure jia was protected.

Kong was on anesthesia on the ship. They needed him sedated the whole time so he wouldn't try to get free. There isn't one indication that he wasn't on anesthesia anymore by the time Godzilla showed up. But even besides that, they are one and one in the city. Kong won one and Godzilla won one.

Kong looked cooler.

but Ares everything about Godzilla and Kong is dumb. That's why they are fun. Be it dudes in costumes or CGI.

Meh. I get that it's all stupid, but the Hollow Earth stuff took it to far for me. It's simply what broke my suspension of disbelief.
