Nah, the assumption would have to be that the SBP who fought Darkest Knight >>>>>> Monarch, given all other evidence indicates DK would squash Monarch like a bug.

That said, I”m wondering why Monarch couldn”t solo DBS. He has the feats and scaling to suggest that it”s possible, and I don”t think his released energy only destroying one universe caps him to universal. That would be akin to capping angel/planet Moro to galaxy level because his released energy would have only destroyed the galaxy.

Beerus alone would waste Monarch pretty casually in an actual battle, then proceed to nullify the subsequent universe-busting energy with a gesture(like he did to the SDEB way back in BoG.)

...Not even factoring in a Hakai here.
