Hit, Whis's power and time rings are cheap parlor tricks by comparison.

Matthew Tyler the Hourman Android, with an imperfect copy of the full Worlogog, casually froze an entire universe in mid big bang, indefinitely.

The Penance Stare could work on Moro?

PS is all over the place.

It can fail on a normal human.

While affecting Galactus at the same time.

There's no way to tell, each case needs to be studied separately.

It only failed on Castle because it was retconned as only affecting guilt. He doesn't feel guilty in the least, so nothing to affect.

Someone like Vegeta or Piccolo will get ripped apart.

Freeza probably treats it as a fun show, like future Dione did.

No, it wasn't retconned.

It also failed on Wolverine, Deadpool, Hyde (somewhat) and others.

PS is not a sure-fire attack. More like a toss-up.

Well it depends on what pain the person has caused others so it's not like it affects everyone the same even if it's at "full power"

Knowing Freeza, the full affect would massively power him up somehow.

Like beyond Ultra Instinct level.

Beerus vs. current Vegeta:

lol

Shows how much of a fluke the 'angry Vegeta' was against Beerus at the beginning of Super.

Beerus casually one-arm-ragdolled FPSSB Vegeta just after the Zamasu arc, but this is just an entirely different level.

He raped current/raged Vegeta(ie. post-ToP zenkai, post-Broly zenkai, post-Moro training/zenkai) with literally no discernible effort at all -- and even had to massively suppress his Hakai so that it only busted Vegeta's armor/incapacitated him... Even current Goku was blown away by Beerus's power, lol.

Also, I suspect that Beerus will be carver's new favorite:

...If only he were green, amiright?

I'm curious where the estimation for how much power Beerus used in the initial arc stands at now.

It seems the scale was logarithmic, not linear.

I hate Beerus

Probably a billionth of a trillionth of a percent

Beerus is so absurdly powerful at this point though. Like an enraged current blue Vegeta should be far stronger than the likes of Jiren, and he couldn’t even touch a Beerus who wasn”t going close to all-out. With scaling you could probably argue Beerus is some level of Multiversal at this point.

That, or the original numerical levels were just outright retconned.

Because if current Vegeta can't manage anything at all against Beerus(who is STILL massively suppressing himself), there is no possible way that BoG/Boo-era Vegeta could have done a damn thing to him, unless his power was suppressed into absolute nothingness(literal micro-fractions.)

As fun as this is, the God of Destruction tournament and fact Beerus didn't instantly blow away a guy who couldn't beat Jiren, and a bunch of other gods who performed about as well as he did, raises all kinds of questions.

I've mentioned this several times before, but illogical power-creep is just Beerus's MO at this point... The stronger Goku and Vegeta are written, the stronger Beerus seems to inextricably become as a corollary.

-In BoG, it supposedly takes 70% of Beerus' power to defeat n00b-SSG Goku.
-Fast-forward to RoF, and Whis implies that it would take both n00b-SSB Goku AND n00b-SSB Vegeta [working together] to defeat Beerus.
-Fast-forward to just after the Zamasu arc(set AFTER Goku/Vegeta had trained in the RoSaT for a few days/years AND received multiple zenkais from all the battles they'd been involved in since RoF), and Beerus can casually one-arm ragdoll FPSSB Vegeta after becoming slightly annoyed.
-Fast-forward to the Zen Exhibition Match, and Goku is absolutely awestruck by the power/skill Beerus is displaying against the other GoDs, and flat-out states that he couldn't possibly hope to compete with him.
-Fast-forward to the Broly film(set AFTER the zenkais that would've been received following the ToP), and Goku STILL used Beerus' power as a measuring stick for Broly's power, despite all of the hyper-powerful warriors he had encountered at the ToP that he could have used instead(inc. Jiren, who was explicitly shown at the beginning of the film.)
-Fast-forward to the Moro arc, and Beerus seems entirely unimpressed by MUI Goku's power.
-Fast-forward to the conclusion of the Moro arc, and it is heavily implied that Beerus could have stepped in and solo'd Angel-Moro.
-Fast-forward to the Granolah arc, and it is revealed that Beerus uses a technique that is the GoD-equivalent of MUI(which he has evidently mastered to a very high level, cuz "always angry" and whatnot), and he proceeds to casually ass-rape current Vegeta.

Way back in BoG, Tori stated that he had no plans for Goku/Vegeta to surpass Beerus... And he's evidently sticking to that logic.

Well honestly, Belmod in some sense seemed like the weakest God of Destruction. He literally had to play dead to have any shot of winning. He”s also only been a God of Destruction for 250,000 years, whereas Beerus has been one for dozens of millions, if not hundreds of millions. Beerus’ line in manga chapter 27 about Vegeta being a solid GoD candidate in another universe, but not U7, also makes more sense now.

Things I learned.
Neither Vegeta or Goku are close to beerus still.
Granola while having the corniest most unimaginative name actually has the smartest wish in Dragonball history.
Apparently there was some smart Dragonball creators that decided 2 was enough.
Oh and apparently planet busting is still shocking.....
