Sure, Goku's blasts are way bigger than that puny explosion. But it does not matter. Energy is energy, and The Atom can shrink between the waves of energy.

What I meant was, his energy can stay constant (like when he punches someone, it's with the energy of a full size dude). Based on that, I'd say it'll be constant ki signature.
